Dan was not only an integral part of our business but also the driving force behind our operations and customer support. His dedication to our customers and his passion for his work were truly remarkable.
In light of this profound loss, we have made the difficult decision to cease operations. Our last day of operations was on September 19, 2024. We want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly, but without Dan's expertise and leadership, we are unable to maintain the level of service you deserve.
Important Information for our customers:
Warranty Coverage: If you made a purchase between September 19, 2023, and September 19, 2024, your warranty will remain valid; however, we are unable to produce any replacement products.
Growtronix.NET Service: The GT NET service will be phased out in less than 6 months. We have prepared a solution to ensure you can continue to access similar services. Please refer to the hyperlink below for detailed instructions on the replacement option using Port Forwarding. Anyone with an existing subscription that will expire after the sunset of GT NET, we will issue you a refund as appropriate.
